Quality Control
 The company has applied to ISO system in order to comply with the international standards. This requires conducting training courses for the employees to perform their tasks according to the specified standards.
The company maintains an environmental specifications required by ISO standards 14001/2004. In view of this, the offering company was requested to make regular supervision and assurance of application of the rules and regulations regarding modernization of the quality system.
The TUV Co. has acknowledged that our company complies with the new specifications and standards in all its documentations, procedures and dealings with the customers according to the quality system developed by ISO. The cement manufactured conforms fully to the product specification defined in CEM – 42.5N.
LGA bautechnik GmbH, EC Certificate of Conformity No. 0780-CPD-71025 certifies that Cement CEM I 42,5 N placed on the market by Misr Cement Co. Qena fulfills all the prescribed requirements of the harmonized standard EN 197-I: 2000:06. Objectives for quality control include:
- Consistency of product quality
- Effectiveness of the procedures
